Orders that are not made to order are typically shipped out within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays, not including date of order).
Made to order items can take up to 1-20 days to ship out.
As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We are not able to accommodate any changes in shipping address, items or sizes once an order has been placed.
For US orders, delivery usually takes between 5-15 business days from the date they are shipped, and in rare occasions can take anywhere from 15-20 days.

If you ordered more than one item it is very likely that you will receive them separately due to our multiple different manufacturers. No worries, each item will have it's own shipping code and tracking number.
If you have entered the wrong address, we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed. Forever Dazzling is not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. Forever Dazzling does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
